The Sunbelt Expo

Known as "North America's Premier Farm Show"™ this annual event in October has more than 1200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in farming technology.

Where else can you meet thousands of potential customers? The SeAA Alpaca Pavilion in Moultrie, GA provides SeAA members the opportunity to promote their farms and alpacas.

The Alpaca Pavilion

The permanent pavilion has pens, electricity, water, and circulating fans overhead. There are 16 pens available with 8 pens on each side and a large alleyway in the middle to set up your farm display. The 10’ x 16’ pens have dirt floors with straw bedding available for no extra fees.

With easy access from Gate #4, the alpaca pavilion is located in the livestock area in Section F-8. On Monday, set up starts at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm! You can pull your trailer right next to the Pavilion to unload. There will be no additional drive-ins or set-ups after Monday! Breakdown will take place on Thursday after 4:00pm when the expo closes.

The Store, Demos, And Seminars

The back third of the Pavilion is set aside for the SeAA store, display, demos, and seminars. Bring your farm store wares to offer for sale, and reap the benefits! Members are charged a nominal 10% commission on the sales. You MUST HAVE double price tags with your farm name and price on all items brought to the store for sale.

Volunteers are needed and welcomed to work in the store, do demonstrations, and provide seminars.
