Volunteer!

All shows depend on volunteers as one of the most important ways to support the event. Everyone's time is valuable so share what time you can to help this event run as smoothly as possible. We all will appreciate any time you can give. You may contact Susan Darling to have your name put on this very important list.

Remember, stall assigment decisions are made based on level of sponsorship AND willingness to volunteer.

This year we would like to post our volunteers and their jobs so all needs will be filled and so that everyone will know where we have a need. Silent Auction

Donated items will be greatly appreciated for the silent auction. There is no item that is too small. Suggested items to donate are halters, lead ropes, health items, general husbandry items, clothing, millwork, trinkets, jewelry, ornaments, yarn, roving, etc. Part of the proceeds will go to alpaca research, and the balance will go to marketing alpaca.

Bids on the Silent Auction items will close Sunday at 12:30 PM.
