Show Important Dates:
NOW: Make sure alpacas entered in halter or fleece are ARI registered
NOW: All alpacas entering the venue should have a microchip inserted (should be on vet health certificate CVI)
NOW: All alpacas entering the venue area must have a negative record for BVD by PCR Testing
January 24, 2012: All show sponsorships are due AND All show sponsorships ads due to the printer

31, 2012: All vendor applications are due AND Advertising in
Show booklet is due to printer
February 4, 2012: Alpacas registered in the halter show should have their vet health certificate (CVI) completed after this date (should be within 30 days of the last day of the show)
February 8, 2012: Deadline for halter entries at $45 (registration at $75 from 2/9-2/15) AND Deadline for fleece entries at $25 (registration at $50 from 2/9-2/15)
February 15, 2012: No entries accepted after this date. No refunds/cancellations after this date.
February 15, 2012: Deadline to submit photos for photo contest.
February 15, 2012: Deadline to submit Kid's Alpaca Art Entires.

15, 2012 – deadline to reserve hotel rooms under the alpaca
rate at Best Western or Country Hearth Inn.

24, 2012: Dinner Ticket deadline
February 24, 2012: Mail-in fleeces must be received by Jacki
March 2, 2012: Fleeces must be presented to show in a clear, plastic bag by 6pm
March 2, 2012: Halter animals must be checked in the gate (microchip checked and a copy of the vet health CVI record by 7pm AND must be color checked in the arena by 8pm
