Hickory Bluff Farms

Loving Alpacas in the Heart of Tennessee....

Since 1998, Hickory Bluff Farms is home to over 60 Huacaya alpacas in the heart of the rolling hills of Tennessee. Living this close to Nashville, you can't help but get caught up in the music. There's real country music at Hickory Bluff Farms, with our colorful "band" of alpacas in all 16 colors humming and dancing about. Our alpacas know the words, but they'd rather HMMMMM.

We're involved in all aspects of alpacas, from the care, breeding and birthing of the animals all the way to the processing of fiber through our mill New Era Fiber.

We're quite active in the alpaca industry on a local, regional and national basis, serving on committees and boards for the SeAA, TAA, and AOBA. Our work with the AOBA Student Design Compeition and the AOBA Fiber Committee is focused on helping to further alpacas as a livestock and alpaca fiber as the premier North American fiber of the future.

Come visit us to learn all about alpacas and the alpaca industry! Visits by appointment only.
